Our 90-day warranty

Every part we supply is covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects and premature failure.

What's covered

  • Screens with dead pixels, touch faults, or backlight failure not caused by installation damage
  • Batteries that fail to hold charge or swell under normal use
  • Charging-port flex assemblies that fail under normal use

What's not covered

  • Physical damage caused during installation (cracked glass, torn flex cables)
  • Water damage after installation
  • Normal wear or accidental damage

How to claim

Email info@selfrepairkit.com.au with your order number and a short description or photo of the fault. Approved claims are replaced free of charge, with free return shipping.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
