Shipping is free Australia-wide on every order. We dispatch all orders within 24 hours from our Newcastle, NSW workshop. Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane) typically arrive the next business day; regional locations within 2–3 business days.
If you change your mind, you can return an unused, unopened kit within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. To start a return, email info@selfrepairkit.com.au with your order number.
Every part carries a 90-day warranty. If a part arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, we'll replace it free of charge — see our Warranty page for details.
Because repair parts are delicate and single-use once installed, opened kits can't be returned for change of mind, but they remain covered by the 90-day warranty against defects.
